Leadership Team Development: University School of Art and Design

Higher Education

A comprehensive executive coaching programme was delivered to the leadership team of the School. C-Change worked closely with the Dean to ensure that the coaching specifically underpinned the School's strategic intent and the achievement of its vision. In addition, workshops were delivered in leadership, strategy and team development.



Coaching for Performance Management: UK Company

Private Sector

This UK company was seeking to develop enhanced performance management through the use of coaching by its middle managers. Workshops were designed and delivered introducing managers to the theory and practice of coaching in a line management role.



Academic Leadership Programme: University Business School

University Education

This Business School created an Academic Leadership Programme to support and enable managers to successfully lead change in their areas of responsibility. Contributing to this, C-Change designed and delivered a series of workshops on key areas of leadership including self development, effective communication and leading and managing people. Executive coaching was also available for managers.



Internal Coach Development: International Brewing Company

Corporate Sector

This well known international brewing company was seeking to develop managers as internal coaches. The project, delivered via executive coaching business lifetimeswork, involved design and delivery of workshops on coaching skills for managers and 1-1 'coach the coach' sessions with participants over a 6 month period.



Strategy Development: Grammar School

Secondary Education

The appointment of a new Deputy Head in 2005 to this high performing girl's grammar school provided an opportunity for the leadership team to review and refine the School's Strategic Plan. C-Change Director Charlotte Hitchings developed and facilitated a workshop which provided a framework within which to develop a shared Vision and Strategy for the School and an opportunity to build the strong sense of teamwork so critical to the successful execution of the Strategy.



Mentoring Skills: CIPD South East Wales

Professional Development Organisation

C-Change provided development in mentoring skills for HR professionals to support an innovative mentoring scheme introduced by CIPD South East Wales. In a specifically designed workshop, preceded by self assessment against mentoring competencies, participants reviewed the skills involved in mentoring and practiced their skills with feedback from their peers.

SME Sector

Workshops in strategic planning skills were delivered to businesses via consultancy business firsteclipse for Investors In People (IIP) Scotland.
